At GroomsDay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, non-personalized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
